Refund policy

RETURNS REFUNDS FOR KBHAIREXTENSIONS.COM

The buyers, right to cancel, return or exchange clip-in hair extension products, will be lost if the following circumstances occur:

1. The hair extension products hygiene bands/tags have been removed and / or the hair extensions have been tried on or worn / or dyed
2. The buyer fails to send back the hair extension products purchased or hand them over within the time period allowed and as specified above have been 'tampered with'
3. The buyer fails to communicate with KB Hair Extensions within 48 hours of receiving their order. 

International orders (orders outside of the U.K.) are not eligible for refunds and returns. 

* Product(s) processed through ‘laybuy’ or ‘klarna’ are not eligible for a return or refund. 
* Refunds and returns are not eligible for “in salon” semi permanent extensions after a deposit has been paid/payment taken.  

CLAIMS 

If your parcel has not been delivered as specified a investigation will need to be made no later than 48 hours after the delivery date via email to: Kbhairextensions@outlook.com


Postal services (Royal Mail) claims can take up to 14 working days for an outcome and a refund will be processed once confirmed by the postal service. 
Courier services (UPS/DHL) claims can take up to 30 working days or longer to be confirmed and actioned. Refunds will only be processed once a claim has been confirmed as missing by UPS.
Replacements are not permitted if a claim/investigation is being carried out. 

‘Failed deliveries’

If a delivery has been marked as “delivered” and you, the customer has not recieved this delivery, contact will need to be made no later than 48 hours with Kbhairextensions to investigate with said delivery courier/service. 
Failing to make contact before 48 hours of a marked delivery will not guarantee said parcel has been located and a claim may not be guaranteed.

EXCHANGES

Currently exchanges are not eligible.

IN SALON SEMI-PERMANENT HAIR POLICY

48 hour notice is required for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the required service price. (not including new hair extension fitting appointments)

Once a deposit is processed for new hair extensions this is non-refundable. 
The hair extensions provided in salon are from a third party supplier, these are purchased via the hairstylist and the hairstylist fitting the hair extensions is not liable for how the hair extensions are cared for or the quality/condition of the extensions provided.Refunds are not permitted if a clients extensions come out when a colour service has been carried out elsewhere. We recommended a minimum of 5-7 days before having hair coloured in or around hair extensions to avoid slippage. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase of hair extensions. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable: Once hair extensions have been purchased and a deposit has been placed, they are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or if you are unable to use the hair extensions.


2. Liability: The hair stylist fitting the hair extensions is not liable for the condition of the hair extensions. We ensure that the hair extensions are in good condition at the time of purchase, but we do not guarantee their quality or suitability for your specific needs.


3. No Refund or Exchange: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair extensions. It is your responsibility to choose the appropriate color, length, and type of hair extensions before making a purchase. We recommend consulting with a professional hairstylist or our team to ensure you make an informed decision. Appointments shall be re-arranged if advance notice is given (no later than 48 hours)


4. Third-Party Complaints: In the event that you have any complaints regarding the quality of the hair extensions provided by a third party, such as a manufacturer or supplier, we will process these complaints as per their terms and conditions. We will assist you in communicating with the relevant third party to resolve any issues, but we do not take responsibility for their actions or decisions.


5. Care and Maintenance: It is essential to follow our recommended care and maintenance instructions for the hair extensions to maintain their quality and longevity. Failure to do so may void any warranty provided. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper care or maintenance.


6.Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our
